Vanessa Paradis does an original song, La Seine for the soundtrack of the film, Un Monstre á Paris—3D-animated movie—directed by Bibo Bergeron.  Paradis wears an original Chanel dress specially created by Karl Lagerfeld as part of the Ready-to-Wear Spring/Summer Chanel Collection (see HERE.)

The video is done in a vintage, silent film aesthetic.  Unlike A Monster in Paris: the film is an animation, where Paradis, whose also known for her acting career—had to sing and act— admitting to finding the project fun, exciting and also challenging, "I had to pay careful attention to the facial expressions and gestures when I did the voice and sang for my animated character, Lucille."

The setting of the film takes place in 1910 in Paris.  It's about a monster who lives in a beautiful Parisian garden and is desperately in love with Vanessa Paradis's character.  Have a watch at the video of La Seine (video feature above) and the trailer for Un Monstre Á Paris (featured below).  As of yet there is no programmed date for a US release.  For info on the film, go HERE.
