Film Director Asa Mader and Principal Dancer of the New York City Ballet, Bejamin Millepied are collaborating on a short film: Time Doesn't Stand Still. Mader, an American director has done most of his films in France--(often doing French collaborations such as with actress Anna Mouglalis); and Millepied who's a French dance artist stationed in the Big Apple--innately, it became a perfect match made at a dinner party in New York.
When the two met about five years ago, talk of starting a project together came naturally. Last week the creators recently launched a finished editor's cut of the film--still currently under development; and is looking for a release date for some time next year. Have a watch at the film's enchanting trailer below. It's starring French actress, Lea Saydeux. Likewise, David Lynch and Angelo Bandalamenti are responsible for the original score, with stylist Aleksandra Woronieka, applying Ralph Lauren to emit a classic feel to the story, of what happens to love.
