The Yves Saint Laurent Printemps 2011 collection for women is elegant, flirtatious, and dignified mixed with regal. Creative Director, Stefano Pilati used khaki with black and white, and a dash of navy as the substance of the collection; and then popping it up with vibrant red hot reds, royal blues, and a majestic teal. The shapes mimicked the ubiquitous seventies rendition in today's interpretation that has invaded the runways this season. Held at the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild yesterday, the garments walked each room of the Rothschild Hotel in true effortless YSL majestueux--following a long tradition of playing one of the main protagonists in the story of Parisianne Fashion Week.
