MARK ZUCKERBERG ON WHAT IT MEANS TO SIT ON TOP OF FACEBOOK NATION: THE 3RD LARGEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD



As of recent and with the new movie The Social Network coming out, there has been much talk about Facebook--its agenda, its power, and of course its future.  This weekend Mark Zuckerberg talked with NPR.  The president of Facebook nation is doing a round of interviews to show his appreciation, having reached 500 million users this year: a population that would equate to the 3rd largest country in the globe.  The Facebook founder has also been quite busy deflecting some bad press as well many unpleasant rumors that tend to circle once you've reach a certain height of success--or in this young successful entrepreneur's case--unprecedented success.


In this interview Zuckerberg discuses what it means to own the largest social network in history, and the scale of keeping the amount of private information that up until today (AFB) After Facebook, only governments had been allowed to do.  He also speaks of being wanted on the death sentence list in Pakistan and how many--including extremists, might want him and his cyber nation to become extinct.
