Today at the Selby, the inspirational photos worthy of interior design praise--particularly when executed under the all too common metropolis restraints of spacial limitations most New Yorkers face when decorating our modest homes, are of Lyndsay Cale0-Goldsmith and Fitzhugh Karol. The Brooklynite couple, both come from an interior design background--not a surprise when looking at the photos of their home laid out here.
The designers were able to seamlessly create the illusion of space-- significantly magnified by their choice to continue the white paint throughout out the floors, walls, ceilings, and even onto the furniture. They simply mixed it with some very key wooden elements to add some natural rich texture to the landscape of their serene-white- holiday-evoking abode.
