One of NewsGallery's favorite musicians, Gotan Project has finally released a new album--titled Tango 3.0. The modern tango trio hasn't produced an entire album in almost four years--the last one being Lunatico, which came out back in 2006.
As per usual, there is a very sexy element to their sound, and Tango 3.0 certainly doesn't miss the sensuous spot--mixed with melancholy and much of old soulful resonance that speaks to a universal mind--the new album is well worth the four year wait. The French Argentine band wanted to experiment with novel sounds that they hadn't used before, such as some blues and country influences.
We predict the new music release can make the perfect spring/summer soundtrack for 2010 at any lounge--whether it be at your home with a nice summer breeze tickling your skin and bringing you some wanderlust, or at a refined chill-out, with a cocktail in hand and groove germinating through your hips.
