The Ogilvy & Mather's Guangzhou (China) office won the award for the 2008 China's Most Successful Design. And it's no wonder, take a look at the slide show (above) that showcases the company's office playhouse. The international marketing/public relations agency erected this fantastical structure aiming its interior composition as a creative station for their employees. Fun House anyone? Any company who is daring enough, let alone clever enough to invest in nurturing their employees' creative process definitely deserves recognition. If only more companies charged their staff's visionary batteries, perhaps then our nation's ingenious richness would be less scarce; desk jockeys would be rushing to the office so they can produce and create more for the better good--serious play calls for a genuine grown up playground. Like-minded companies such as Google, Apple, Pixar, and Diesel, believe in the philosophy of innovation. Henceforth, conceivably it's not a coincidence that they're forging through a rambunctious economic storm. The companies who are outwitting the recession simply continue to cradle a prosperous present, which in turn reinforces a stable ground for a still solid and thriving future...
